Meet Mr. Marshall

Licensed in Arizona and Colorado, Mr. Marshall began his career as a Deputy District Attorney prosecuting cases for the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado. While a prosecutor, Mr. Marshall litigated numerous criminal jury trials and criminal court trials. Once Mr. Marshall decided to relocate back to his hometown, he joined the Pima County Public Defender’s Office. While at the Pima County Public Defender’s Office, he advocated for families and children facing dependency actions, private severance actions, and contested divorce actions. Mr. Marshall has litigated dependency trials, severance trials, private severance trials, and contested divorces.
